£3.55 FIXED RATE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS TO THE UK. ORDERS WILL BE PROCESS WITHIN 1-3 DAYS AND POSTED VIA ROYAL MAIL 48 TRACKED DELIVERY SERVICE.
ORDERS ARE AIMED TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN 2-5 WORKING DAYS.
PLEASE NOTE: DURING BUSIER TIMES THIS MAY BE EXTENDED.
YOUR SHOULD RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AUTOMATICALLY. IF YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS, PLEASE CONTACT US.
£26.60 FIXED RATE TRACKED DELIVERY TO ORDERS TO THE EU. THIS INCLUDES CUSTOMS FEES. THE CARRIER WILL DEPEND ON YOUR LOCATION. YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.
£14.90 FIXED RATE DELIVERY TO ORDERS TO AMERICA & CANADA VIA ROYAL MAIL TRACKED SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES CUSTOMS FEES. YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.
£18.00 FIXED RATE DELIVERY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS VIA TRACKED SERVICE. THIS MAY NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS FEES DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION. YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.
WE AIM TO DELIVER PARCELS OUTSIDE OF THE UK WITHIN 7/10 WORKING DAYS. HOWEVER, THIS MAY DEPEND ON YOUR LOCATION.
Please email us if you live outside of these areas and we will do our best to accommodate delivery and provide a custom quote.
PLEASE BE AWARE: Orders placed AFTER 12pm FRIDAY may not be shipped until MONDAY.
We use Royal Mail as our main courier service. We are not liable for any parcels that go missing with proof of delivery.
Please note: We can not be held liable for any delays once the parcel is in the hands of the courier. If we are made aware in advance of any delays we will always try our best to contact you.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the original postage cost will not be refunded. A refund for the item(s) will only be issued once the parcel is safely returned to us.
If you have not received your delivery within the desired timescale, then please feel free to contact us via email. We will investigate for you.
We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Any offers/orders regarding shipping, or shipping that's calculated incorrectly may be revoked at any time. In these instances your order will be refunded and you will be contacted.
International customers excluding the EU are responsible for any customs charges that may occur.
