We've been working super hard behind the scenes here at Rocky's Pet Products to get the website up and running as soon as possible! As adorable as this duo are - it's true what they say about not working with pets, when it comes to photographs at least!

Trying to get a decent photograph of Rocky and Dexter for Rocky's Pet Products has certainly proved more difficult than it looks...it's a good job I have a background in Graphic Design and can edit a picture together!

We've had the first lot of stock that's been delivered which we're super excited about! We've handpicked quality pet products that we're sure you'll love as much as we do.

We have safety release clasp cat collars, shock absorbing bungee dog leads with neoprene handle, heavy duty extendable dog leads and eco friendly compostable dog poop bags - to name a few! We might be starting small but we have big aspirations to become a leading quality pet product provider. We can't wait to buy more stock in that we know you'll love...we already have a big list from some amazing suppliers and companies!

The safety release clasp cat collars are so great because they come as a 2 pack of cat collars in a variety of 12 different wonderful colours. One of each of the set of 2 cat collars has a reflective strip to help find your kitty when it drops dark. They also feature a lovely little bell. My favourite thing about the cat collars is the detail in the safety release clasp. They feature the most adorable little kitty face! How the collars work, is that with general movement and gentle pulling that they stay firmly in place. The clasp release when tugged tightly, for example if your cat was stuck on a tree branch and made a strong tugging movement to get away, the collar would release and they become unstuck. We're really excited to be stocking this product and know it'll be a great seller!

Another product we're happy to be stocking on Rocky's Pet Products is our shock absorbing bungee dog leads by fur&four. These dog leads come in 3 different colours, orange, blue and olive and feature a neoprene handle. They have some lovely details in the dog lead such as a cute paw-print! These dog leads are really sturdy and great quality. One of the reasons we decided to stock these was because Rocky is a really strong puller when it comes to his walks. These shock absorbing leads really help to soften the strain on your arms due to the shock absorbing bungee element of the dog lead.

In addition to bungee dog leads, we sometimes switch up Rocky's walks with an extendable dog lead as he loves to run, but can also be a bit untrustworthy off the lead if he sees another doggo! For such a little dog, he's mighty strong, and that's why we have stocked some fabulous Fida heavy duty extendable and retractable dog leads. With 5 meters of leash, a thumb operated hand-brake and a modern design, these leads have everything you need. A feature I love about these leads is the black dog leash take is embedded with reflective materials to increase security and visibility at night. It also has a soft anti-slip handle.

Every time I took Rocky out for a walk, I became more and more aware of how many dog poo bags we were getting through and the waste and impact it was having on the environment. We nickname Rocky, "Rocky 2 poos" because he always seems to do 2 poos whilst out on a walk. This is why I thought it was important to switch to compostable and environmentally friendly dog poop bags. The dog waste bags we sell come in packs of 60. They're extra strong and made of a bio-cornstarch blend which makes them 100% compostable!
